The 2021 Aslina Sauvignon Blanc picks up where the 2020 left off; that is to say it is a wine with fresh green herbs and citrus fruits, with mango, melon and pineapple too. Four months on fine lees ahead of bottling adds texture to the wine which has zesty acidity throughout and a pure, lingering finish.
