A silky blend of indigenous Greek varieties Mavrotragano (30%), Xinomavro (30%), and Syrah (40%).
A blend of three varieties matured in clay amphorae for 6 months. Indigenous Greek varieties Aegean Mavrotragano (30%) and Xinomavro (30%), merge seamlessly with Syrah (40%) to produce this medium-bodied wine that is fruit forward on the palate. Highly perfumed nose with flavours of sour cherry, wild berries, plum and dairy, as well as undertones of pepper and smoked paprika. Laced with hints of caramel and vanilla, it has refreshing acidity and silky tannins.
