A blend of indigenous Greek varieties. Assyrtiko from Santorini and the Aegean islands (65%), Xinomavro from Northern Greece (15%), and the aromatic Malagousia (20%). Flavours of pear, peach, lemon, lime, white citrus flowers and a touch of green almond. Medium-bodied on the palate with a refreshing acidity stemming from wild citrus fruits. Ageing unearths the subtle mineral undertones that distinguish premium Assyrtiko.
