Brimming with exotic fresh fruits, the palate is succulent with pineapple, lime and grapefruit notes and then licked with a wonderfully refreshing and lasting acidity. Majority Sauvignon Blanc, with equal parts Semillon and Muscadelle, this would make a fine accompaniment to a pea and asparagus risotto, mussels with white wine and cream, or a chicken or prawn Pad-Thai.
