The grapes for this Chenin Blanc are 100% dry-farmed and handpicked from 20 year old bush vines from South Africa’s famous Swartland region. Fermentation occurs spontaneously from naturally occurring yeasts which gives the wine an effortless vibrancy, with crisp green apple and pear, lemon zest and a distinct honey and wet straw complexity.
