A delicious Rhone-style red blend with a fine balance of ripe red fruits, soft but structured tannins and fresh acidity. The 2021 is a blend 75% Shiraz with 18% Grenache, 7% Mourvèdre picked from selected vineyards across the Swartland & Coastal Regions of South Africa. The wine has Bramble berry and sour cherry notes with a little maraschino sweetness and a touch of liquorice, too, then a warming spice finish.
