This medium-bodied red is versatile and food friendly, with ripe berry fruits to the fore, a touch of dark plum, and just a hint of chocolate. Hand-harvested from the hillsides of the Abruzzo region, the wine spends six months ageing in large, old oak barrels to soften and knit together the tannins, resulting in a sumptuous, silky and delicious red wine.
