Just like Thomas’ bone-dry Riesling, this has all the fresh citrus, green and orchard fruit flavours but, with the addition of 15 grams per litre of residual sugar giving delicious notes of pineapple and honeydew melon. The clean, rasping acidity throughout the palate balance the sweetness perfectly leaving a perfectly clean finish.
