Delicious, full and round, this is a classic blend of white Rhône varieties with a majority Grenache Blanc giving breadth to the palate, along with lots of green fruit flavours, and hints of peach and nectarine. The blend is supported by Bourboulenc and Clairette for added structure and finally Roussane, giving subtle floral and honeyed notes. As is so often the case, this would be perfect alongside near-all white fish, perhaps with a caper beurre noisette, and even grilled asparagus.
