The cool climate and fertile soils of the Clare Valley are perfectly suited to producing fine, complex yet eminently approachable Riesling. This is light, fresh and easy drinking, pale straw yellow in colour, with a gorgeous mix of citrus fruits – with lime dominating – along with honeysuckle and orange blossom on the bright nose. The palate is lean, taut, with mouthwatering acidity, a little peach, lots more lime, and then a crisp, crystalline finish.
