A bone-dry Grand Cru Riesling with concentrated notes of lime zest and peel, crisp green and red apple, and a hint of candle wax. The wine feels clean and pure on the palate, with a long finish and a slight phenolic grip which contributes to its complexity. It is delicate yet well defined, and will gain even more complexity the longer it is left in-bottle.
