An exceptional showcase of the quality and resurgence of Xynisteri in Cypriot winemaking. This is made from old bush vines grown 850m above sea level, allowing the ripe grapes to retain freshness and a lean, taut palate. Fermented in stainless steel at cooler temperatures to preserve the aromatic qualities of the variety, there are notes of lemon, grapefruit, peach and apricot, as well as a hint of hazelnut and a long, refreshing finish.
