Four hectares of ungrafted vines, around 100 years old, produce a powerful and multi-layered expression of Riesling, with exotic, fruity and spicy aromas on the complex nose. Rich, round and racy on the palate, this is dense and compact, lively and vibrant, with concentrated, mouthwatering fruit – crisp red apple, honeydew melon, tangerine, lemon rind. It is mouth filling and tense, with a beautiful balance of sweetness leading to and a long, savoury, spicy and strikingly complex finish.
